hi everyone. i hope you all are staying warm and toasty atm T__T Lord Knows I Am TRYING!

i got some new books before the storm hit. i switched over from reading Lord of The Flies to Diary of an Oxygen Thief because i'm a lot more motivated to read the latter!!! i've been doing a lot better with it, too :D here's my haul!! (￣▽￣*)ゞ

i kinda sorta stole my mom's book light... WELL WITH PERMISSION OF COURSE. but since she hasn't been using it i've been utilizing it to read before bed!! which is where i'm getting in most of my minutes / pages (＠＾◡＾) i think if i keep up the good work with reading i'll get myself one of those craft carts? i have one for my craft supplies but i've seen people make book carts on tiktok, and i think that's an Adorable idea. i don't have a lot of shelf space with my albums, so this works perfect!!! i do have room next to my bedside table (￣_￣)・・・

i did finally get a fic out for this month though... not the ronance i promised (｡•́︿•̀｡) but it's still yuri!! If that counts for anything...

i might work on my ronance today or a different pjsk drabble i've had sitting in my drafts... Who knows. i DO know i need to get a few chores done and then package up some photocards for my good friend when the storm subsides!! two letters are going out on my end.. Very excited for that!! :D

it's been a week already. i can;'t believe i go back to class next week Σ(°ロ°)!!! but i'm getting back into journaling and i'm trying to be more mindful about my hygeine, ithink the hardest will be brushing my teeth consistently. baby steps, though. baby steps. (＿ ＿*) Z z z

i hope you all are doing well this new year's day!! 2026 seems kinda weird to me... i'll be 23 this year. that's official hag status. or unc now... i guess... Oh man am i really gettimg old....

i guess i list resolutions now, right? is that the thing? 

• write over 50k again, maybe if i can, 100k
• work towards my bachelors
• start walking more
• ++ being better about my hygeine
• make sure i wish all my friends a happy birthday w/ a personalized card

• watch more movies, too
• use my planner more often

• try to have a good year, i guess:')
